At Weebseo, we provide digital marketing and web development services. Due to the nature of our services, all products sold are digital and delivered electronically.

1. No Physical Returns

We do not sell physical products. Therefore, no shipping or physical returns apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because our services involve time, strategy, research, and digital implementation, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
If cancellation is requested before work has begun, a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.
If a project is completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued.

3. Project Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if work has not yet started. After this period, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Service Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and may offer reasonable revisions where applicable.
