Welcome to Weebseo. By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Weebseo provides digital marketing and web development services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Website Development

  • E-commerce Store Setup

  • Landing Pages and Sales Funnels

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Project Process

After purchase, clients will be contacted via email to collect necessary information required to begin the service.

Project timelines depend on:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Project complexity

  • Required assets and approvals

Delays caused by lack of client communication may affect delivery timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply required access credentials when necessary

  • Respond to communication requests in a timely manner

Weebseo is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation.

5. Revisions

Revisions may be offered depending on the service purchased. Excessive revision requests beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Completed services are non-refundable

  • Cancellation requests must be made before work starts

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property unless otherwise agreed.

Weebseo reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Weebseo does not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases.

We are not liable for:

  • Algorithm changes by search engines or social platforms

  • Account suspensions by third-party platforms

  • Loss of data due to hosting or platform issues

9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The client violates these terms

  • There is abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Required cooperation is not provided

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the business owner.
